The Psalmist writes, “I will sing a new song unto thee, O God: upon a psaltery and an instrument of ten strings will I sing praises unto thee.” 144:9.

A more contemporary notes, “When you sing, you pray twice.” Music is indeed an important part of worshipping God at First Congregational UCC. Hymns, anthems and special musical arrangements are meaningful compliments to our worship and work as a church. There are opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to get more involved in the music of the church.
